Hello! I am back, but just for this post.

It's been a long time I have come to this blog or posted anything on it. I got my US GC two months after I became Canadian PR. Two weeks after that, we went home for two months. It was the best trip we ever had. We came back, got a new place to live (still have not bought a home), got promoted at work and became a Manager and things are going well. After talking to several people including well wishers online, we got the clear impression that we should settle in the US. I always loved Canada and it was a very hard decision for me. I hope I will not regret it. It also seemed like my wife would prefer the US over Canada, but she was not vocal about it. That made my decision a little easier.

I am sorry if I have not replied to your comments/questions. I will keep this blog live/open, so people can benefit from it even though information here may be outdated.

I will not be updating this blog anymore. Thanks again and all the best to all of you and great success whatever you decide to do and wherever you decide to settle.

Take care!

  2. Hi

You blog is very informative. I wanted to ask you how did you apply for Alberta PNP program. I just checked their website and it seems that you need to work in Alberta or have an offer from an Alberta employer to be eligible for a PNP certificate. Can you please tell if this was not the case back in 2009 when you had applied ?

    Thanks
